Exterior Painting

Step 1 : Preparation

Outdoor furniture and other household items surrounding the workplace will be moved to create space for painting. Valuable and fragile items should be handled, removed, and kept away by the homeowner.

Step 2 : Resurfacing & Priming

Adjacent and nearby areas, as well as furniture, will be covered and masked for protection. Then, the surfaces to be painted will be prepared for painting. This step includes filling minor holes, sanding, and priming, as needed. The surfaces will be scraped, patched, sanded, and primed as necessary to be prepared for painting. (Only minor holes and damages included; major repairs will incur additional charges.)

Step 3 : Painting

Prepared surfaces will be properly painted using high-quality paint products. The paint may be applied using a spray, brush, or roller, depending on the circumstances or specific requests made by the homeowner. (Typical exterior painting of a residential home is done using a spray.)

Step 4 : Clean up

Once the painting is done, the workspace will be cleaned up, and garbage and painting equipment will be removed.

Step 5: Inspection and Touch-up

We will do a walk-through with the homeowner to ensure customer satisfaction. Touch-ups will be performed as necessary.
